Hey folks, here are the notes for the first qigong set.



  • Rising & sinking

  • Expand the chest/circle out (big circle from in to out, get rid of the stale air )

  • Circle in (big circle from out to in, bring in fresh air)

  • Push to the sides (comes up like holding a barrel or a large ball, then out to the side)

  • Push fwd (comes up like holding a barrel or a large ball, then out to the front)

  • Both hands go forward, then out (like swimming the breast stroke)

  • Left/right [1 hand wave]

  • 2 hand wave forward ( like swimming the butterfly stroke)

  • Same as above but 1 arm at a time (like swimming the freestyle stroke)

  • Looks like extended outward block high, downward block low (both open hand)
